CORN VADA
Today I will share the interesting recipe,telangana famous and special makka jonna garelu (corn vada).now iam starting this recipe
Firstly Remove kernels from corn cob then Add required salt and green chilli paste to corn and make a fine paste, Do not add water while making a paste.
Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients including the besan and cumin seeds and add chopped onions and curry leaves and combine to make corn vada mixture. Check the salt and adjust to taste accordingly.
Heat oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot take small portions of the corn vada mixture.
Make small lemon sized balls with wet hands and flatten it by making a hole at the center like vada. You can even leave without a hole in the middle by simply pressing On medium flame fry them until they turn golden brown.
Serve the sweet corn vada along with a groundnut chutney.
