EGG CURRY



Boiled Egg Curry is a deliciously rich onion tomato gravy, tastes exactly like the ones you get in dhabas. These are perfect with some rice or roti.
A quick, easy, spicy, and delicious South Indian style egg curry with lots of onions. Now am starting the procedure of these recipe 
Boiled eggs do this stove top. Peel and make slits or pierce holes around each egg and keep aside. Next put a pan on stove,  In a pan heat oil, fry curry leaves and ginger garlic paste Then add chopped onions and saute until onions are soft then add one glass of water and add one spoon Mirchi powder and add salt as for required,You can increase or decrease spice levels as per your taste.
The boiled eggs can be directly added to the onion gravy.  I prefer to fry boiled eggs in a mix of oil and spices for a crisp egg crust and add a beautiful turmeric hue, then add to the onion gravy and wait for 5 minutes ,curry is completed , then turn off the stove.
I love this recipe because it is easy and delicious recipe and is a savior for the times: do not feel like spending more time in the kitchen.Enjoy this recipe with rice or roti
